Delivery & Returns
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment.
Shipping
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 1 - 2 days.
If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, we expect delivery to take within 3 - 7 days after dispatch. We’ will send you the tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.
If you have not received tracking details within 3 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@primebabygear.com.
A one of cost of £4.99 will be charged for standard delivery within the UK on all orders under £300.00. All orders over £300.00 will be for standard delivery.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy no questions asked.
Simply send an email to us at returns@primebabygear.com or give us a call on 0330 122 9411. We will send you a return shipping label along with easy-to-follow instructions. Please make you contact us before sending anything back.
Make sure the item you are returning is unused and in a re-sellable condition with all tags and in the original package it arrived in. Be sure to keep your receipt or proof of purchase just in case.
Damages
If your item is damaged in any way— such as being defective, damaged, or incorrect—let us know, and we'll make it right! You have a 14-day window to return your item. Contact us for return instructions and take a picture of the damage to help us process your return faster.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any order cancelled after 24 hours of placing it, may be subject to additional fees.
If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 days. If it takes longer than 15 days, please reach out to us at returns@primebabygear.com or call us on 0330 122 9411.
