Refund Policy

At Prime Baby Gear, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy no questions asked.

Simply send an email to us at returns@primebabygear.com or give us a call on 0330 122 9411. We will send you a return shipping label along with easy-to-follow instructions. Please make you contact us before sending anything back.

Ensure the item you want to return is unused and in a re-sellable condition with all tags and in the original package it arrived in. Be sure to keep your receipt or proof of purchase just in case.

Damages

If your item is damaged in any way— such as being defective, damaged, or incorrect—let us know, and we'll make it right! You have a 14-day window to cancel or return your order, no questions asked.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it takes longer than 15 business days, please reach out to us at returns@primebabygear.com or call us on 0330 122 9411.
