Free shipping within 5 - 7 working days. Please check your order upon receipt within a 2-working day period to ensure the item is correct with no damages.

If you're not happy with this item or have changed your mind, you can return it for a full refund within 28 days of delivery. 

How to Return an Item:

• Email us at Returns@primebabygear.com for the return address.
• Request the return within 28 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.
• The item is your responsibility until we receive it.

Once we receive the item(s) we will inspect it and if everything is okay, we will issue a refund. This may take up to 15 days to be credited back into your account.

Please note, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If we arrange the return through our courier, the cost is £21.90 per box, which will be deducted from your refund.
