- Regularly check that all chassis locking devices are in full working order.
- Use a silicone based spray such as furniture polish to lubricate moving parts. Petroleum jelly can be used to lubricate the axle stubs. Periodically remove the wheels to clean and lubricate.
- Check all fastenings regularly to ensure they are locked tight and secure. Replace any parts in an inferior condition. When using this product by the sea, off-road or in winter it is important to clean your pushchair chassis using clean fresh water and ensure it dries thoroughly. Potential corrosion could occur if salt water and salt and grit from the roads is not removed.
- Please contact your local retailer should any part of the product become damaged.
- Keep exposure to sunlight to a minimum, excessive exposure to sunlight could cause discolouration to the fabrics.
- Always use the raincover in wet weather to protect fabrics.
- Keep your pushchair away from heat sources such as BBQ’s, fires and heaters.
- Do not place any items on top of the canopy, this could make the product unsafe and potentially damage the fabrics.
- Hanging heavy loads from the back or sides of the pushchair could potentially affect the stability.
- Tyres can leave marks on some surfaces.
- Fabrics should be cleaned in accordance with the care labels. Do not wash the fabrics in the washing machine.
- Only use a Mee-go buggy board with your Mee-go pushchair, using any other buggy board will invalidate your warranty.
- Should you find a defect with your pushchair please contact the original place of purchase. Ensure you have your original receipt with the date clearly shown.

Delivery & Returns
Lead Time
- Free shipping within 2-3 days.
- Orders placed before 12pm (Mon-Fri): same-day dispatch.
- Orders after 12pm (Mon-Thurs): processed next day for 24-hour delivery.
- Orders after 12pm Friday: dispatched Monday, delivered Tuesday.
- Automated delivery notifications sent—ensure contact details are correct.
- Large/bulky items (e.g., furniture) delivered curbside if on a pallet—please arrange help for unloading.

Delivery Hours & Weekend Options
- Delivery: Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
- Saturday morning delivery available at an extra cost—ask when placing your order.
Missed Deliveries & Surcharge
- We will make three delivery attempts. After which items are returned to the depot.
- In such an instance, you will cover surcharge for missed deliveries after all failed attempts.
Wrong Delivery Address
- Ensure your address is correct at checkout.
- Where we have incorrect addresses, we will return goods back to the depot, and you will have to cover surcharge for redelivery.
- We are not responsible for orders signed for by a third party.
Returns Policy
- the 14-day right to cancel applies, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving goods if you want to return the goods.
- Do not send the goods without contacting us for a return address.
- Goods must be unassembled and in original packaging for collection.
- Nursery furniture and items already assembled cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are at a cost to you.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of return receipt and inspection.
- Refunds may be reduced if goods show unreasonable use or damage.
Damaged in Transit
- Check inside the box as soon as you collect your goods to ensure no damage.
- If damaged, sign as "damaged" and email Returns@primebabygear.com with your order number and photos within 24 hours.
- Replacement is offered free of charge.
- External packaging may show wear from transit; request extra packaging for gifts if necessary.
Faulty Goods
- If faulty, we may offer repair, exchange, or refund as per Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Return of Unwanted Goods
- You have a 14-day no-fault cancellation policy.
- Notify us at info@primebabygear.com within 14 days of receiving goods.
- Refund includes product price and original standard delivery (premium delivery excluded).
